I won't go into a lot of boring detail on this, but the short version is that my contributions went into the IssueZilla system and never emerged, despite several reviews and repeated requests for them to be published.

You have said this before but I cannot find the issues. Help me out here
with numbers. There should be no reason that good stuff was not
published. Just one would help. I would like to see exactly what the
problem was.

I can't find the first few issues I submitted or contributed to (at this point, I can't recall whether I initiated them or someone else did... it's been too long). They had to do with a style guide for documentation being produced by the Docs Project. I believe these issues were filed in early 2003, but I don't remember what stage they got to before I gave up attempting to push them along.

The only issues I can find (in my own files, not on IssueZilla, where I can never find anything) are these two, which I see did eventually emerge and get published... between 6 months and a year after they were written and reviewed, and long after I had given up and quite forgotten about them until Ian Laurenson brought them to my attention again.

I do not know how to make the process easier as I have no control over
Sourcecast and can only submit issues when I find something that needs
fixing. I have tried to do that.

I recognise that some things are out of our control, but I have been thinking about ways to assist in keeping track of work, getting people involved, and moving work along. I'll post a separate note on this topic.
