They should live on the N-L sites themselves. We shouldn't have
multiple languages displayed for our users. It would confuse them
potentially. We will discuss this with the N-L sites and see what
their course of action will be as a whole.
For the Germanphon N-L we plan to use Your way to put the (translated)
content from OOoAuthors.org/DE to de.openoffice.org.
Is it allowed to use and modify Your script in this case?
Most definately. If the script can be used to help the community, by
all means use it. ;-)
As long as the DE area follows the same structure as the FAQ area, then
there should be no problems at all. I'll send to the Mailing List a
short How To of things needed to move the script, and point it at a new
location later today.
