We are all busy people. It is undestandable. Sometimes we can only
provide a portion of an item, with the understanding that if someone can
add some more, then eventually it will be complete.
This process has worked very well in Wikipedia and on the
Gentoo-Wiki.org. One person may not be able to word something exactly,
but if they post what they know it will spark the interest of someone
else in line.
Please do not think that the previous person is sloppy or incomplete
just because you can finish there work. Think of it as building upon
what they were able to provide, and working together to provide that
information to others.
