There is not a Subscribed Users setting on the Mailing Lists. Currently
we are set to discuss, which, from what I understand, only allows
subscribers. Everyone else is silently ignored.
There is currently no way to setup a list to send an email back to
people telling them that they have been ignored that I know of.
Moderating lists is an interesting affair. With the number of SPAM and
Viruses that get sent out, the mailing lists get ~1500 emails a day, or
more. There might be 1 email in that set that is a valid moderation.
My wife has been doing the moderation on Users, Discuss, and [EMAIL PROTECTED],
that is where I am basing this off of.
