Hello! My name is Walter. I've been doing computer support (Microsoft Office, WWW, etc) as my full time job for 9 of the last 11 years. I am an amateur writer in my spare time. In the position before my current one I was responsible for a monthly newsletter sent to all our clients. The newsletter contained user tips and tricks for Microsoft Office, Lotus Smartsuite and Eudora. I wrote and edited the Microsoft and Eudora tips and made sure that the Lotus tips were in on time.
I enjoy programming (VBA/VB) but don't know any of the languages used for the Project. I also enjoy developing databases (Microsoft Access and, years ago, FileMaker Pro).
