Not necessarily...
The status of your Issue is "unconfirmed", so the CollabNet people
probably don't know that your request is supported by the Lead of your
project.
Gerry - would you change the status to "new" and add a comment that you
support this request?
As I became Content Developer in the Marketing Project it didn't take
long after that (issue 56166 [1]).
