Funny you should suggest making contact directly. I did get an answer
from him on another list and privately so I think I now understand
enough to make some sense for our users.  As to the commandline thing,
there are a bunch of differences that are being addressed for on-line
help and this difference will be eventually resolved. I do not expect
the quickstart thing to be a big deal and it is documented already.
