Well, don't you think it might be a good idea to come to a consensus before drafting something like this ? I'm fine with the idea of drafting a statement, but I don't see myself as a totalitarian ;-) Any chance of this being discussed at a CC meeting ? I know I can turn to Sophie to suggest that to her, but what would be the timeframe ? We all know how political things like this can become, and that priorities inevitably get shifted, one only has to follow the discussions on Debian legal to get an idea. So I'm up for drafting a statement, what would the CC like me to write ?
