Message did not arrive at my mail server. Probably stuck in some queue
somewhere because of size or in a moderation queue depending on which
address you used (I think you have all of mine). 16h00 or 15h00 would
have been great  as it would have saved me the trouble of rolling my
own. (BTW, your local time is one hour ahead of my local time and we, in
Canada call that Atlantic time ;-) ) 

So I what to see what you have done. 

How to get it to me?  
     1. Can you make an issue and assign it to me with the page(s)?
     2. zip it up and put it on a website somewhere for me to pick up?
     3. Try email again? I have a gmail account that we could try.
