Good workaround to the bubble problem.
+1 on linking to wiki for "Work on Docs" links.
I assume that when the CC-BY license is approved by council, you
or someone will add a template for that, like the ones for PDL
and draft.
+1 on one owner for each area, assuming we can find enough people
to act as owners for the various areas. I am not volunteering for
anything at the moment, but if/when the user guides from
OOoAuthors are put on the website, I expect to take on the role
of owner for that area (for lack of anyone else to do it).
