True. Fixed to point to the projects_list.
Ger, have you committed the fix already? I would rather let it point to
http://api.openoffice.org/DevelopersGuide/DevelopersGuide.html
instead.
Later, the link should point to some sort of portal that has different
Dev Doc resources on it (Dev Guide, BASIC guide, content on the wiki)
