[Priority 1] (Rationale) Techniques for Success Criterion 1 (At least one version of the documentation must conform to the minimum requirements (e.g., "Level A") of WCAG, although it does not necessarily need to be located on-line.): Applicability: This success criterion is applicable to all authoring tools. Technique A.3.3-1.1 [Sufficient]: Providing a complete version of the documentation (e.g., on-line, on the installation media) as Web content that conforms to WCAG 2.0 Level A. Techniques for Success Criterion 2 (All features from Part A that benefit the accessibility of the editing interface must be documented (e.g., keyboard shortcuts).): Applicability: This success criterion is applicable to all authoring tools.
