I'm sorry to hear that Gerry passed away so sudden. He helped me when I first joined the project. One thing I can say is that he has been quite helpful. Gerry where ever you are right now, Thank You! You will be missed. I extend my deepest condolence to his family.

He died of a heart attack on May 12th in a Toronto hospital. I just talked with him on the phone about 5 days ago. He was discussing the User Guide, and his plans for moving it forward, and I found out his mother passed away about a week ago. Just the type guy he was, he mentioned what was going on in his personal life after the project was being discussed. He has been co-lead on this project since May of 2004, and was helping the project along for awhile before then. I consider him to be a very close friend, even though we never met in person. Which is the way it is with online communities like ours. We have talked about a trip to Toronto at some point, but always felt there was time. My thoughts go out to his family, especially after losing two members so quickly.
