What would the roadmap/dashboard encompass?
I started to list projects here:
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation
We could set up a main Documentation/Dashboard page that has a table
with the documents/projects and the high level data and link to
subpages with detailed data like bugs, RFEs, open issues, discussions,
etc.
Yes, that's more or less what I had in mind... with the "bugs,
RFEs, open issues, discussions" being those specifically related
to the documentation. (I think that's what you meant, too.)
We also need to differentiate between the wiki pages oriented to
producers of the docs (us) and the pages oriented to the
consumers of the docs (users). Something on the first page of the
Docs section of the wiki, similar to what you did on the first
page of the Docs Project website, would probably work well. And
then make separate pages for the producers and consumers, instead
of having both on the same page, as for example right now on the
User Manuals page, which I did as a temporary measure.
