Just an FYI: The Mozilla folks have started a support knowledgebase with
contributed content. You can see the front page here:

The "Contributor Home Page" and the "Alpha Article Tracking" page will
give you more of a flavor for how the project is structured.
Similar goals and technology (wiki); we ought to be able to learn
something from their efforts.
