I don't know where it is, either. If the latest version comes up,
I'd like to put it on the wiki alongside the Admin Guide and
the Dev Guide and BASIC guide (both soon to come).
As far as I can tell from the issue, WalterAM was the last to work on
it, so with luck he'll still have a copy, and will see this conversation...
Looking at that Nov 2006 version, it looks perfectly suited for the wiki to me.
Thanks for putting the Admin Guide on the wiki! I hope I can soon find
the time to finish putting up the OOoAuthors user guides as well.
Dev Guide is almost there, too (>900 wiki pages) but we need a newer
Mediawiki version to support all features we use.
Next one to go to the wiki will be the Basic Guide.
