The Dialog section should be flagged for a major re-work.

This doesn't replace the parts that are there - working with data
sources, result sets and the like, it is in addition to.
I'll put a message up to the Base mailing lists so that people know
this needs work. How do you want that handled ( optimist that I am,
that someone will run right over and do something ), update the talk
page first, or update the actual page?
I am fine with working directly on the page for smaller changes,
but major rework would be better outlined first on the talk page.
Also, if someone starts to work for longer on a wiki article
one should add this tag to avoid conflicts:
{{Documentation/NeedsRework}}
