Clayton, thank you for all your work on the OOoAuthors guides on the wiki,
cleaning up and improving on my original dump of the chapters.
Many of the missing illustrations are probably ones that we are redoing
(because of various problems with the originals); I will upload the
replacement illustrations when they are ready.
The exception is the chapter on Math, which includes lots of
"illustrations" that are actually formulas created by Math even though the
wiki conversion called them .png images. Many of these can be reproduced as
formulas on the wiki after the appropriate upgrade of the wiki software has
been completed. Otherwise, I don't know how to handle them.
