Arguments are separated by semicolon not by colon. Please look where to
change it in addition to the place I have changed. I don't know why you
mention "colon" in the other places.
The function argument separator is locale-dependent. For en_US, it's a
semicolon; for de_DE, it's comma. My understanding is that it has to do
with whether the locale uses a comma as the thousands separator.
Since the Calc formula language is so heavily localized, it seems to me
that the help has to to be equally localized. It would be very bad to
distribute help written for one locale and expect users in other locales
to 'make up the difference'.
At least, the help should come in a format that can be easily localized.
Having to change syntax diagrams by find & replace is a nasty job.
