Sorry, I was unclear. The "associations page" I was referring to has nothing to do with associating OpenDocument file formats (ODT etc) with OOo. It was to do with associating Microsoft Office file formats with OOo. In the past, when installing OOo, the user had the option of choosing whether or not to set up file associations between MSO formats and OOo. The Getting Started and Writer guides specifically mention it. If this is no longer in the installer for OOo3, then we need to remove that reference from the books. Any lack of an association between OpenDocument formats and OOo is a completely different issue. It's working fine on my machine, but as I say I didn't do a "clean install" of OOo, so those associations are pre-existing. --Jean --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
