So, basically, it is desirable to connect application help
and help content living online but we haven't found a solution yet.

The ideas we were talking about:
- choice for user to install local Help or not (just because people like to work offline as well);
- when local Help is available: offer extra online as choice (if available);
- when no local Help is available: of course offer online

Hmm... I doubt if this will help to solve your challenges ;-)
