I like to make draft user guide chapters widely available as soon as
possible, even if they haven't been reviewed and edited as thoroughly as
I would like, or have some sections missing.
So, earlier this week I hurled PDFs of all but one of the chapters on
the Docs Project's website, as well as putting most chapters on the
wiki. The PDFs are actually a lot easier to do, since the source is ODT.
The missing chapter is the one in which the info about sound and video
is to go. If I get too bogged down in the zillion things I need to get
done yesterday, I may make that chapter available too, but without the
unwritten section... and replace it with a more complete chapter later.
I'll definitely get the wiki version up, which might encourage someone
to draft the missing bits before I find time to write them myself.
