Not all content must be Wiki-fied, and providing the info in the form of
an abstract with a link to the doc is fine.

I made a small change to how you were referencing the document,
converting it from an external link to a Wiki link.

Where is a good home for this information?  We have another community
member contribution (G.Gurley's training material) that should be linked
up in the Wiki.  We should add both in to the list of available docs.

PS, the Wiki can provide TOCs, handle most images etc.
