I would say we don't need both versions. We should pick one and replace the old one. Once the old one is pulled from all pages, it should be deleted. Do we need the WikiBot to take care of this? or is it only a few pages that need to be updated? Also, we should make sure we are following the guidelines here: http://www.microsoft.com/about/legal/trademarks/usage/windows.mspx for the Templates referring to Windows.
