I'm wondering about referencing externals links (within the example of
the FR domain)
There's not a lot of How-Tos here : :-\

But in fact we have much more, and I've tried to realize (it's a draft)
a template for having an homogeneous and update-able look and feel.

And I've not seen such a style of Template.
Do you think (as me) it would be useful starting this way ? Or am I wrong ?
