Your suggested outline looks good to me. The previous "outline" for this chapter, and most chapters in the Base Guide, was more a list of topics to cover than a proper outline.

I'm not sure what an Exercise Log table is: specifically, what its fields are as well as their field types and properties.

I'm fairly sure this is intended to be part of an example database, so you could replace it with whatever is logical in the example(s) you are using in the base Guide.

Perhaps this is an issue to be placed into another email: the tutorial to which I referred at the beginning is presently in draft form. Is some help needed to review and suggest changes to bring it closer to being ready to be published. I know it is not yet completed. If so, how?
