I experimented with that a bit... it didn't work so well :-) There is
an option "imageurl=someurl" that you can use, but doesn't seem to work
with regular png images.
I was able to set a color though using starColor=blue and it matches a
bit nicer to the overall OOo color scheme. This is a per instance
option, and needs to be set each time the rating extension is used.
