Looks like MediaWiki still does not have a particularly usful watch functionality.
In MoinMoin (another wiki engine), for example, you can set up a regex for watched pages. For example, I'd like to watch all pages under the DE/ hierarchy, particularly pages created under that hierarchy. And all their Discussion pages. How do you manage this problem?
