I would like to draw to the attention of any interested members of
this list (who may not be on the CC list for the issue itself) to the
draft Installation Guide for OOo 3.x (which replaces the Setup Guide
for OOo 2.x):

In my last edit of the draft, I left some questions for others, and
also said that some new screenshots are needed for Mac OS X (or we can
leave the OS X pix out completely). My comments were mainly about
possible enhancements to the guide, which do not have to be made right
now. Now is the time for any final comments and last-minute cleanup
(accepting changes, deleting notes). I think the Installation Guide is
ready to be released as soon as possible after that.
