I think we can assume that any enquiry this list gets is from someone who is not subscribed, unless they say otherwise (e.g., "I'm new here" or similar). Clayton and I used to deal with these off list, but now I am just passing them through and letting Andy, or anyone else who wants to, deal with them. I suspect that any which Andy did not cc to the sender was an oversight.
