I am a veteran of the computer industry. I started as a programmer and worked
my way to Vice President of a small consulting company. I have written user
handbooks for technical people as well as the end user. I am currently teaching
English as a Second Language to international graduate students but would love
to get my hands back into IT. So, since I love your product, I thought this
might be a way to refresh my guide writing skills and give you an experienced
