Thank you for your interest in helping with user documentation for OpenOffice.org. Please see this page for more information, particularly the section about mailing lists. http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Dashboard/Introducing_OOoAuthors You may also wish to consider the LibreOffice Documentation team. A number of people involved in the Apache OpenOffice.org project also work in parallel on the LibreOffice project. More info here: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/Development To join the LO Docs mailing list: documentation+subscr...@global.libreoffice.org To be a writer requires dedication and perseverance. You must also be goal oriented: finish what you begin. This is true regardless of what topic you are working with. How well acquainted are you with the OpenOffice.org office suite? What do you use it for? It has six components: Writer (text documents), Calc (spreadsheets), Impress (presentations), Base (database), Draw (graphics), and Math (equations). We also have documents on macros as well. LibreOffice has the same six components and macros. --Dan -- ----------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe send email to dev-unsubscr...@documentation.openoffice.org For additional commands send email to sy...@documentation.openoffice.org with Subject: help
