As an Apache project, I want to remind, Apache DolphinScheduler is going to be, at least planned to belong to ASF. In the ASF, you should follow this[1] to ask for permission to use is, most get passed(AFAIK). Also, I know, we are a new podling project, so you may ask the incubator first, if they think you should follow this guideline, please do. If you need any help, please let me know.
