The prev test mail(ROUND 1) should be cancelled, and reported why.
This mail makes me feeling there are many decision made out of mail list. DS community needs to pay attentions on this very seriously. Every decision should forward to mail list, even you have off list discussion. Even for me, I am surprised suddenly received this mail.
