is dolphinscheduler-service function
1，add dolphinscheduler-service and dolphinscheduler-remote module，LoggerServer
refactor in refactor-logger branch . but refactor-logger branch
far behind dev branch . and due to the different structure, it cannot be
merged into the dev branch
2，I will pull a new branch ，naming refactor-architecture for sync with dev
branch. and remove refactor-logger and refactor-worker branch
