2??Only administrator can authorize the resource,if the administrator
authorized it to other user,then other user can has the permission of read and
modify but delete.
3??If you delete the resource,it will be deleted in hdfs.So the user can't use
it.Beacause when administrator authorizes the resource,it don't copy resource
to other user.
