It tell us `It is not neccessay to duplicate the line "This product includes software developed at the Apache Software Foundation..."`. So I think the following you suggest is the same as the above,If you think I got it right,Next release version I will remove some standard apache products notice in our NOTICE in order to makes it smaller.
