I think it is a good idea. 
Since the requirements in Summer-2020 are for failed tasks, I didn't think that 
much. 
Maybe it will  be added in later iterations.

Is it better to remove the precondition of the status of the task instance fail?
And no matter what the current status of this instance is, it can be marked as 
successful by user.
