hi ， I would like to keep all PPMC members to PMC, and keep all current committers as committers too. I recommand myself as project VP because I have done a lot of work in the community, besides coding and document, I also do something like holding up meetup with other communities and promoting DolphinScheduler at various conferences and continue to build the community to make the community more diverse and so on
