Hi Jiajie, all GPG KEYS (no matter it's used to sign release candidate or not) should be placed in https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/dolphinscheduler/KEYS, not https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/dolphinscheduler/KEYS.
