chaoyli opened a new pull request #421: Fix base compaction bug. URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/pull/421 Base compaction may choose tablet which has missed versions now. After compaction, it will failed to check tablet integrity by versions and cored dump. Ignore this tablet when find tablet to base_compaction.
