[x] LICENSE and NOTICE files are correct. [x] All files carry the necessary protocol descriptions. [x] No compiled content is included in the source package. [x] compilation can be executed without problems. BTW, I found this file[1] content is not correct, but it is not a big deal. We can correct it before next release.
