[dpdk-dev] [PATCH] ethdev: fix memory leak on removing eth rxtx callback

[wanlebing]

eth rxtx callback is dynamically allocated using rte_zmalloc()
but not released. Fix it by calling rte_free() to free callback
when removing rxtx callback.
