(Off-list) I discussed filling the spot with Steven, Dharmik, and Honnappa. If I may speak on their behalf -- Steven suggested Dharmik, who helped with Steven's stack patches and knows the library well, and has shown his lock-free algorithm expertise in other parts of DPDK. I'd support Dharmik to take on the role.
