This patch fixes coverity issue by assigning the address
of the "info->data" without "info" pointer check.

CID 375065:  Null pointer dereferences  (REVERSE_INULL)
Null-checking "info" suggests that it may be null, but it has already been
dereferenced on all paths leading to the check.
