LGTM. Note: the reason for this (ugly) manual filling of env is that we do not use GHA support of containers. At the time I added fedora containers, I had multiple occasions when pulling the images resulted in failures (getting throttled). Maybe things got better since then... I see OVS does use GHA support. Any volunteer to reevaluate this? -- David Marchand
