Adding a channel for #drat makes sense to me. I think adding just #drat is
fine, rather than
2 new channels.
My 2c, what do others think.

Are there other communication channels I don't know about?
Should we add a slack channel? And if so, should it just be one -- or
should we have a drat-dev and drat-commits or something else? What does
everyone think?
