CTAS statement failed with RuntimeException and logs indicate it is due to
invalid / stale file handle.
Previous CTAS statement was incomplete due to a different issue and had to be
redone. The existing files that were created from the previous CTAS statement
were deleted via the hadoop fs command.
On restarting CTAS, after about a few minutes of delay, this issue was seen.
A snippet of the drillbit.log file has been attached (truncated due to it's
large size)
