Drill not picking up the bootstrap-storage-plugins.json from the conf
directory. I made sure that the Zookeeper's drill directory is empty and the
conf directory is in the classpath.
It looks like there is an issue with the merge with the same file in the jar
file provided with drill.
This worked with 0.6.0 but seems to be broken with the current 0.7.0 release
