The Parquet reader (and possibly other file system readers) may encounter an
error (e.g an IndexOutOfBounds) while reading one out of hundreds or thousands
of files in a directory. The stack does not show the exact file where this
error occurred which makes diagnosing the problem much harder. We should show
the filename in the error message.
